The Alliance to Save Energy is a coalition of prominent business, government, environmental, and consumer leaders who promote the efficient and clean use of energy worldwide to benefit consumers, the environment, economy, and national security.

American Wind Energy Association
The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) promotes wind energy as a clean source of electricity for consumers around the world. AWEA is a national trade association that represents wind power plant developers, wind turbine manufacturers, utilities, consultants, insurers, financiers, researchers, and others involved in the wind industry -- one of the world's fastest growing energy industries. In addition, AWEA represents hundreds of wind energy advocates from around the world.

Asia Cleantech Capital

Asia Cleantech Capital develops and participates in regional projectsthat will become industry leaders in the creation, management, anddistribution of clean energy and sustainable resource use.

Center for Innovation Incubation & Entrepreneurship (CIIE)
CIIE is an initiative to promote innovation-driven entrepreneurship and has been set up as a collaborative effort between Gujarat Government, IIM Ahmedabad and Government of India. The "Renewable Energy Search" (http://www.re-search.in/) is an attempt to identify and build feasible solutions to overcome the energy challenge being faced by India. As part of our early stage Clean Energy fund, we are looking to partner with researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs in the Renewable Energy space from all parts of the world. We offer incubation; funding and mentoring are some ways in which we support our investee companies. We would like to reach out to professionals who may be working in the energy sector globally or who are interested in entering the energy sector in India.

Climate Savers Computing Initiative
CSCI is reducing energy consumption by increasing the energy efficiency of computing equipment, increasing the adoption and deployment of power management, and providing education about the financial and environmental benefits of energy efficient computing. Nearly 680 members have joined CSCI since its launch in 2007, and more than 10,000 people have joined as individuals by pledging to use power management and purchase energy efficient computing technologies. CSCI is led by Cisco, Emerson, F5 Networks, Google, Intel, Juniper Networks, Microsoft, Samsung and World Wildlife Fund.

ecobee was founded in 2007 to deliver intelligent conservation solutions for real people. The company is building its product platform around The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. ecobee’s products are being sold for use in single family homes (both new and retrofitted), multi-family dwellings and light commercial properties.

Interect.ca Canadian Solar
Interect Inc. is a wholesale distributor of solar systems and provides solutions for on- and off-grid applications.

Nordex
As a technological leader among suppliers of megawatt turbines, Nordex benefits particularly from the global trend towards large-scale wind turbines. The product range includes one of the largest series wind power systems in the world (N80/N90/N100, 2,500 kW) with more 1,300 of these turbines having been produced to date. Jesse Jenkins
Jesse is a recent graduate of the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree (in Computer and Information Science and Philosophy) this year (Class of 2006). In fulfillment of his honors degree, Jesse completed an undergraduate honors thesis entitled, On the Road to Replacing Oil - A Well-to-Wheels Study Exploring Alternative Transportation Fuels and Energy Sources. Jesse is currently working at the Renewable Northwest Project, a Portland, OR-based non-profit promoting renewable energy development in the Pacific Northwest. He is also working with Prof. Greg Bothun at the UO on developing internet-accessible computer simulations of energy and climate change-related systems.
On his own time, Jesse also actively researchs and ponders sustainability and renewable energy issues and try to make an impact through his lifestyle and by fostering discussion and action in others.
